Overview
This Health Industry Insights Perspective examines two case studies involving an innovative and unique three-way collaboration between industry, government, and academia. The first case involves GE Healthcare, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the University of Utah, Johns Hopkins, and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center to improve communication between public health officials and community physicians. The second case involves Intel, the Irish government, three universities, and St. James's Hospital to study aging in place.
