Andrew Munton

Consulting Manager

Andrew Munton is manager of consulting and custom research for IDC Health Insights. He is responsible for working with healthcare providers, payers, life science companies and IT vendors to provide custom research and consulting services to support a range of needs across the value chain, from R&D to the patient.

Prior to joining IDC Insights, Mr. Munton was a consultant at Toffler Associates, the consulting firm founded by renowned futurists Alvin and Heidi Toffler, where his work focused on serving clients in the aerospace and defense, chemical, and intelligence industries in the areas of strategic planning, new market identification and assessment, and organizational development. He was also previously an executive recruiter focused on the placement of actuaries, and developed deep relationships with insurance companies, consulting firms, and technology vendors in the health and life insurance industry.

Mr. Munton holds an M.B.A with a concentration in Global Management from the F.W. Olin School of Business at Babson College, and a B.A. in Asian Studies from Bowdoin College, and was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to study in Taiwan.
